- Load & transaction information — loads you post or bid on, booking details, and communications related to a haul.
- Mobile / SMS information — your mobile number and the consent record (date, time, and the exact language you agreed to) when you opt in to text messages.
- Usage & device information — log data, device identifiers, and approximate location used to operate and secure the Platform.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account and verify haulers.
- To connect cattlemen and haulers, facilitate bids and bookings, and process payments through our payment processor.
- To send you service messages, including the text messages you opt in to (see Section 4).
- To provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in, we send recurring automated text messages — load status updates, bid notifications, booking confirmations, account and verification alerts, and customer-care responses — to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. You can also email support@livestocklift.com to be removed. Your mobile opt-in is never required to use the Platform or as a condition of any purchase. See our Messaging Terms for full program details.
4. How We Share Information — Mobile Opt-In Data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share other information only as needed to operate the Platform — for example, with service providers (such as our cloud hosting, payment, and messaging providers) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, with the other party to a haul as necessary to complete it, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform and meet legal obligations, including keeping SMS consent records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no system is perfectly secure.
6. Your Choices & Rights

- Access, update, or delete your account information by contacting us.
